Welcome to Flowzex aka Self24-7 Fitness LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern all use of our website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website (taken together, our "Services").

Our Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time by us (collectively, the "Agreement").

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services.

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access or use any of our Services.

Use of Our Services You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old.

Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Payment and Renewal Certain of our Services may be subject to payments now or in the future (the "Paid Services"). Please note that any payment terms presented to you in the process of using or signing up for a Paid Service are deemed part of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property from Flowzex aka Self24-7 Fitness LLC to you or any third party, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Flowzex aka Self24-7 Fitness LLC.

Flowzex Notifications

1. By opting in to Flowzex Notifications, users agree to receive updates related to AI-powered outreach tools, lead generation tips, new feature announcements, promotional offers, and system notifications. Messages may be sent via SMS or email. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@flowzex.com

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Changes We are constantly updating our Services, and that means sometimes we have to change the legal terms under which our Services are offered. If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.

Termination We may terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties Our Services are provided "as is." Flowzex aka Self24-7 Fitness LLC hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability In no event will Flowzex aka Self24-7 Fitness LLC be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

General Representation and Warranty You represent and warrant that your use of our Services will be in strict accordance with the Privacy Policy, with this Agreement, and with all applicable laws and regulations.

Usage Fees

There may be additional usage fees associated with third-party services, such as Twilio or AI voice services. These fees are considered pass-through fees and are beyond the Company's control. The Client is responsible for paying all such third-party fees as incurred. If third-party services are used for communication with consumers, it is the Client's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including TCPA.

No Refund Policy

All fees paid to the Company are non-refundable, including, but not limited to, one-time setup fees, monthly subscription fees, and any other associated costs. Once payment is made, the Client is fully committed, and no refunds will be issued.

Irrevocability of Work

Once the fulfillment process begins, the work is irrevocable. The Company invests significant time and resources into each project, and as such, no refunds will be provided once work has commenced.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but the Company recommends a minimum commitment of 90 days to fully realize the benefits of our services. For any Done-For-You (DFY) work, no refunds will be provided once the fulfillment process has started. DFY work includes any setup or actions that require the creation of customized deliverables on behalf of the Client.
