This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property from Flowzex aka Self24-7 Fitness LLC to you or any third party, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Flowzex aka Self24-7 Fitness LLC.

Flowzex Notifications

1. By opting in to Flowzex Notifications, users agree to receive updates related to AI-powered outreach tools, lead generation tips, new feature announcements, promotional offers, and system notifications. Messages may be sent via SMS or email. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@flowzex.com

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Changes
We are constantly updating our Services, and that means sometimes we have to change the legal terms under which our Services are offered.

(i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages;
(ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services;
(iii) interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

General Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that your use of our Services will be in strict accordance with the Privacy Policy, with this Agreement, and with all applicable laws and regulations.
